The Great NYS Fair! (Open to the Public)

Located on the West end of the Fairgrounds near the Dairy Cow Birthing Center and the Beef Barn.
NYAAC hosts the Dairy Cow Birthing Center annually at the NYS Fair. It’s a Moo-velous event where visitors have the opportunity to witness the birth of a baby cow, or calf, talk with dairy farmers, and learn all about how dairy products get from the farm to the fridge!
