The Mobile Dairy Experience (MDE) is heading to the Hudson Valley Food Truck Festival for an evening packed with flavor, fun, and farm education.
While you sample delicious treats from the region’s best food trucks, stop by the Mobile Dairy Experience to learn about the farmers, cows, and innovation behind the dairy products you love.
At the MDE, visitors will:
Step inside a state-of-the-art, interactive dairy exhibit
Discover how milk travels from farm to fridge
Explore cow care, dairy nutrition, and the sustainability practices farmers use to protect land and water
Check out hands-on activities like the nutrient recycling puzzle and robotic farming displays
Meet NYAAC educators and get your dairy questions answered firsthand
