Every Spring, G.I.B. brings together the finest creameries, dairy farms, and local vendors to create a cheese lovers paradise! The Mobile Dairy Experience will be on site to show all of the cheese lovers how dairy gets from the farm to the fridge – milk a ‘cow,’ complete a puzzle, and learn all about dairy!
Sip on refreshing Grist Iron Brews, snack on delicious food, listen to live music, and immerse yourself in the cheesy goodness of it all!
