As part of this year’s GLOW With Your Hands event, the Mobile Dairy Experience (MDE) is proud to be one of the interactive exhibits helping students explore hands-on career paths in agriculture and animal science.
Students from across Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming counties will be able to step inside a state-of-the-art, mobile exhibit that highlights the science, innovation, and rewarding careers that power New York’s dairy industry.
What students will experience at the MDE:
A walk-through of the farm-to-fridge journey of milk
An inside look at animal care, nutrition, and sustainability practices on dairy farms
Interactive technology displays that showcase robotic milking systems, nutrient management, and other cutting-edge innovations
Activities and career insights related to animal science, ag technology, veterinary medicine, food safety, and more
One-on-one conversations with NYAAC educators about the diverse and essential roles in dairy and agriculture
The MDE offers an engaging, immersive way to introduce students to agriculture as a dynamic, tech-driven, and essential industry—perfectly aligned with the mission of GLOW With Your Hands.
This event is not open to the public but is a valuable experience for students exploring skilled trades and future careers in New York’s agricultural sector.
